DecisionRadar
Ask the question. Weight what matters. See the trade-offs. Record the human decision.
1Ask
Frame the question and choose the radar mode.
Options
Use your own labels. Two to six options in comparison mode.
Email / Outlook intake
Use an authorised mailbox as an intake channel. A dedicated inbox or case-addressed email can become queue items; DecisionRadar requests attachments only for the active case and stores no mailbox credentials or raw message attachments.
Cover first
Read the dossier cover before opening the full file. Scan paper, upload an existing scan, or pull the active case cover from SharePoint or email. Only rules marked Cover or Cover + dossier are checked. A possible blocker always requires human confirmation.
Fast path for volume work: cover → possible blocker flag → reviewer confirmation → next case. If no blocker is found, continue with dossier PDFs only where needed.
Dossier PDFs
Only load the full dossier when the cover does not settle the gate. Attach up to 10 PDFs manually or fetch the active SharePoint / email case on demand. Files stay in memory for this session only and are never written into the local DecisionRadar draft.
Criteria and ratings
Score fit from 0–10. Weight 1 means useful; 5 means decisive.
Advanced calculation
Choose how the same ratings and weights are combined. The weighted radar itself does not change.
3Act
Keep the human decision visible—even when it differs from the score.
